利用規約

IchinoseSoundが提供する音楽素材を利用する際は、以下の利用条件・禁止事項をお守りください。
音楽素材を利用することにより、利用規約に同意したものとします。

利用条件

  • 個人・商用を問わず、無償でご利用いただけます。
  • 用途自由（配信、動画、ゲーム、ラジオ、イベント等）でご利用いただけます。
  • 利用報告は必要ありません。
  • 著作権表記（クレジット表記）をお願いします。
    • 例　【BGM： IchinoseSound】https://www.youtube.com/@IchinoseSound
    • 表記については”IchinoseSound”の楽曲であることが明確であれば、形式に特定の要件はありません（リンク不問）。
    • YouTubeの場合は概要欄への表記をお願いします。（プレミア公開や非公開の場合も含め、投稿時に表記をお願いします。）
  • 音楽コンテンツの著作権は、IchinoseSoundに帰属します。
  • 音楽コンテンツの使用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

禁止事項

  • 音楽コンテンツ自体を販売、再配布する行為（二次配布）は禁止です。
  • 作曲者を偽る行為（自分で作った曲のように見せかける行為）は禁止です。
  • YouTube Content ID、JASRACなど著作権管理団体への登録はできません。
  • 静止画のみの動画や耐久動画等、BGMが主体となるようなコンテンツへの使用はできません。
  • 楽曲を用いてAIモデルを訓練する行為およびその結果生じたモデルや生成物をインターネット上にアップロードする行為は禁止です。

本利用規約は状況に応じて変更させていただくことがあります。ご了承ください。
悪質な規約違反だと当方が判断した場合、著作権法に基づく賠償請求等の措置をとることがあります。本規約に関する一切の紛争(裁判所の調停手続きを含む)は、日本法を準拠法とし、大阪簡易裁判所または大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

When using music materials provided by IchinoseSound, please abide by the following terms of use and prohibitions.
By using the music materials, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use.

Terms of Use

  • Free of charge for both personal and commercial use.
  • No usage report is required.
  • Please include a copyright notice (credit notation).
    • Example: [BGM: IchinoseSound]
      https://www.youtube.com/@IchinoseSound
    • There are no specific format requirements as long as it is clear that the music is from “IchinoseSound” (no links required).
    • In the case of YouTube, please include a notation in the video description.(Even if your video is set to Private, Unavailable, or Premiere, please include a credit in the video description at the time of submission.)
  • The copyright of the music content belongs to IchinoseSound.
  • We are not responsible for any damages caused by the use of the music content.

Prohibitions

  • Selling or redistributing the music content itself (secondary distribution) is prohibited.
  • Falsifying the identity of the composer (making it look like the music was written by the composer) is prohibited.
  • Registration with YouTube Content ID, JASRAC, or other copyright management organizations is prohibited.
  • You may not use the music for content that is mainly composed of background music, such as still image-only videos or endurance videos.
  • Training AI models using musical compositions and uploading the resulting models or products to the Internet are prohibited.

These Terms of Use are subject to change depending on circumstances. Please understand that we reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time.
If we deem a violation of these Terms of Use to be malicious, we may take action such as claiming compensation for damages under the Copyright Act.
Any and all disputes related to these Terms of Use (including court mediation procedures) shall be governed by the laws of Japan and the Osaka Summary Court or Osaka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
